First things first…

Beautiful fcking music. The production, the tone, the mixing, the song construction, the f*cking lyrics!!!!!! The EP definitely taps into Walt & his imagination, and deep dives you into his struggles with self, love, and more specifically lost love. In Walt fashion, the production is FYRE and the lyricism feels like Walt is at an open mic just letting his heart go. That raw emotion + immaculate production = greatness. If Frank Ocean’s Blonde had a deluxe version, this would be it. So so so reminiscent of Frank Ocean, but Walt is his own artist and a damn fucking good one. A dark horse for Kansas City.

You will text your ex.

You definitely will want to listen this with a blunt.

You will 100% be a Walt fan after listening (if you weren’t already)

STAND OUT MOMENTS

“Sticks & stones aint finna hurt me, I’m more worried that you’d dessert me. If you decide to go down that road, just know, I’ve had the same number since I was 13” 🔥🔥🔥

“But if you give one ounce of hope, I’m yours, I’m yours & broken. But I think, we should just let this go” 🔥🔥

IN CONCLUSION…

There are not enough Skullboys to do this project justice, 5/5 & it’d be 6/5 if they’d let me 😤
